YEP Leeds – Health & Well-being Event

We’re really excited to announce that Gill Trevor from Phoenix Health and Well-being has agreed to host a stress management workshop on 22nd January. Anybody can find themselves suffering from mental health problems, especially after the hype of the festive season is over and the January Blues set in.

If you feel the need to kick start your new year with some advice on how to look after your stress levels and boost your mental well-being then this is an event you don’t want to miss. The seminar will involve some practical exercises so please come prepared to get stuck in to get the most out of the session.

Gill formed Phoenix Health and Well-being charity after retraining as a holistic therapist and noticing how beneficial complementary therapies are for a wide range of people. The charity particularly supports people who suffer from chronic illness or who are on low incomes and struggle with financial stress.

We’re very lucky to have Gill’s time and expertise to guide us through this session which will focus on understanding how our bodies react to stress and offer practical ways to manage these responses. The session will involve gentle stretching and other techniques that should leave everyone feeling refreshed and in control.

£2.50 of every £7.50 ticket goes to the Pheonix Charity; get your tickets below.

The breakfast seminar will be kindly hosted by Walker Morris at their fancy new office at 33 Wellington Street, Leeds from 8am – 9.45am.

Please note we have made a commitment to our members that no recruiters or product sales companies will attend our events and registrations will not be accepted. Should you no longer be able to attend the event once you have purchased a ticket, refunds and/or cancellations are not available; however, we will be more than happy to transfer your ticket to a colleague.
