YEP London – What’s Next for the Workplace? – A LIVE Panel Debate!

YEP London – What’s Next for the Workplace? – A LIVE Panel Debate!

Date: 6 – 8 pm, 20 October 2021

Venue: D3 Studio, Morelands, 5, 23 Old Street London, EC1V 9HL

Tickets: £10

Join us for the YEP Panel Discussion on what’s next for the workplace. We will be discussing current market trends, the perspective of landlords and occupiers, the biggest challenges facing the workplace today and predictions for the rest of 2021 and beyond.

The experienced panel includes:

  • Chris Lewis, Head of Occupier Advisory & Consultancy – DeVono Cresa
  • Vanessa Murray, Asset Manager – Stanhope PLC
  • Zoe Smeeth, Managing Director – JAC Group
  • Fourth panellist is TBC.

The experienced panellists will explore how landlords will need to adapt, whether they’re doing enough to retain and attract tenants, and how they will compete with serviced providers. They’ll also look at the issues affecting occupiers, such as the home and office working split and whether this impacts office space required and the way in which employers will want to use the space. They’ll also delve into the more general challenges in the workplace and predictions for middle- and long-term trends.

You’re also invited to join us for drinks and nibbles after the discussion.

Tickets are £10 to registered YEP members and are available HERE until 11 October. If your colleagues or peers are interested in attending, please feel free to extend the invitation and they can register as a member for free.

Covid Requirements:

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door.
