celebrating the next 100 years of talent in the property sector

The world is at a turning point, and at its heart is the built environment. From the threat of the COVID pandemic, to the net zero agenda and the rise of technology things are changing at a dramatic pace, but importantly we have the talent and the minds to help the industry adapt and ensure property maintains its relevance and its contribution in society. Visit the ME100Awards website today!

This year planning and development consultancy Montagu Evans are celebrating their 100-year anniversary. As a firm we care about legacy, partnerships and people, its core to who we are. We have stood the test of time but are always looking to the future and how we can better shape our industry

That’s why this year Montagu Evans are launching the ME100 Awards. A programme that looks to invest in two budding entrepreneurs who will receive sponsorship and support for one financial year as they build their ideas or develop their business.

What’s the process?

Entrepreneurs will need to submit an online application from Monday 8 February on our dedicated ME100 Awards website.  Our judging panel will then shortlist four businesses for interview. Two of which will present virtually to all at Montagu Evans in April before being selected as the award winners.

What’s in it for you?

For the successful two businesses we’ll provide:

  • initial financial funding;
  • mentoring with both our industry experts and our core business functions such as Marketing & BD, HR, IT and Finance;
  • access to our offices (Covid permitting) and resources;
  • attendance to industry meetings and events; and
  • access to our network.

What are we looking for?

We are open to new, innovative ideas and approaches to property, for example, simplifying processes with technology or addressing the imbalance of diversity and inclusion in the industry.  We are interested in proactive entrepreneurs looking for support and collaboration in their new business ventures.

How to apply? We have a dedicated website that provides all the information you need on how to apply.  In the meantime, please feel reach out to us via email (ME100@montagu-evans.co.uk) for more information or to register your interest in taking part. The deadline is Monday 22 March.
