YEP Birmingham

Our YEP Birmingham Chapter is well under way, having officially launched in September 2018 in collaboration with our established
partners. The launch event was a fantastic way to start off this new Chapter with some impressive regionally significant speakers along with a DJ and some heady cocktails!

As the fourth-most visited city in the UK by foreign visitors, Birmingham is a major international commercial center, ranked as a gamma+ world city by the Globalization and World
Cities Research Network; and an important transport, retail, events and conference hub. Its six universities make it the largest center of higher education in the country outside London and its major cultural institutions – including the City of Birmingham
Symphony Orchestra, the Birmingham Royal Ballet, the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, the Library of Birmingham and the Barber Institute of Fine Arts – enjoy international reputations.

With Millions of pounds worth of investment being committed to impressive regeneration projects all around Birmingham, along with the city playing host to the Commonwealth Games
in 2022 – not to mention it sitting at the heart of the West Midlands – Birmingham is an exciting region within which YEP is growing its presence. If you are interested in knowing more about this Chapter or opportunities of being involved as a partner or sponsor,
