Join us for a full body spin class at the boutique studio in Leeds City Centre, where Ryde put a spin on the term spin class.  The studio is second to none, with energising lights, whilst their trainers use specifically selected upbeat playlists and make sure you have fun while you work hard in the 45 min session.  There’s no pressure – you choose your own pace and how hard you push yourself  – from beginners to experts, the classes are suitable for all levels.     Tickets are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.  Book here
