This workshop will be delivered by Matt Young from Made in the Mind and will be focussed around mental and emotional strategies to enhance your outlook at work and in your personal life to promote a peak mindset.

As shown from his work with FIFA, TCS London Marathon, Shell & Google Cloud, Matt is trusted as a leading authority in his field – delivering clear and actionable strategies that allow a peak performance mindset which will help to advance mental performance and wellbeing.
A personal background that celebrates 8 years as a professional footballer and over 35 completed endurance events, Matt brings an unprecedented level of knowledge and proficiency in the area of mental performance and well-being. In this 60-minute session, Matt will outline his success cycle and the 3 key principles needed to attain a peak mindset channeled for success.
