Time & Location

Savills, 33 Margaret St, London W1G 0JD

About the event

Set against persistent housing undersupply, unclear grey belt definitions, and slow local plan delivery, NPPF reforms have aimed to address acute housing need amongst worsening affordability. December 2025 saw the launch of another NPPF reform consultation, arriving alongside a promise that planning obstacles will ease in 2026, whilst market pressures on affordability continue to intensify.

Join us and a panel of leading planning and development experts as we explore the proposed NPPF reforms, examining their potential impacts, opportunities, and how they may shape the future of development.
