About the event

The new government has made planning a clear priority in delivering economic growth and has made some bold promises in its manifesto including delivering 1.5 million new homes over the next parliament, restoring mandatory housing targets, and providing an additional 300 planning officers to help make this happen. Rachel Reeves also committed to a reform of the NPPF, undertaking a consultation for a new growth-focused approach.

As the consultation period comes to a close, join us to hear from industry experts on a more detailed analysis of the final NPPF, what the changes could mean for the industry as well as the challenges in delivering such ambitious commitments.
