YEP London - Yoga

After a long day back in the office, yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and posture, and it's also known as a method to relax and clear the mind. Join us in the evening for our property yoga event, run by Stretching the City. We promise you will leave the evening feeling calm and revitalised.

Inclusive of all levels of yoga experience, the class is aimed at the beginner to intermediate skillset. Following an hour of yoga, you will also have the opportunity to network with other young professionals from the property and construction industry. Agenda

6 pm - Welcome 6.15 pm - Yoga class 7.15 pm - Networking and nibbles Capacity is limited to 20 people, so we ask that each company limits their attendance to two people.   Participants will need to bring their own mats.
