YEP is more inclusive than ever. With a new name of ‘You and Everyone in Property’, YEP will continue to provide a platform for rising stars and future leaders while also welcoming anyone in the industry as members, from established professionals to business leaders and industry influencers.
With a mission to help promote the industry and encourage more young people to choose property as a career, at least once a year, its chapters will also host events aimed at students and young people over 18 years of age considering a career in property.
YEP remains one of the only free, cross-industry networking groups in the real estate market, with almost 6,000 members and chapters in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Exeter and Southampton. Our wide range of events facilitate networking, relationship building, doing business, learning new skills and sharing industry knowledge. Our platform and communications channels also aim to give the future leaders of our industry a voice.
Sophie Eastwood, Director of YEP and founder of strategic communications consultancy Holistic and market research firm Holistic Insight, said: “Having been in place for over two decades, our goal at YEP remains to ensure that the organisation evolves and delivers what our members want and need. By becoming more inclusive, we broaden the reach of the network and its value. We’ve had an exceptional year, partnering with UKREiiF and announcing Property Week as our media partner and 2025 looks set to be even more exciting with more partnerships and more visibility.
“As a non-profit making organisation, we are nothing with those who support us, members and partners alike. Our corporate partners, which include BDP, Carter Jonas, gia, Kitt, Morgan Sindall, Pegasus Group and SLR, provide the investment we need to enhance our brand and platform and ensure our events programme is the best it can be. Our event partners enhance the variety and quality of our events and allow us to be present in most of the major cities of the UK. It is thanks to them that the network continues to thrive and allows any profit that we do make to be donated to good causes including LandAid, Shelter and Crisis. There will be more announcements to come, from partners to regional chapters and more exciting events.
